Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use veeox.com, our online audit tool, or buy a Veeox plan. By paying for a plan or using our services you agree to them. Questions: helloveeox@gmail.com.

1. What we provide

Veeox helps businesses collect more genuine customer reviews and improve their local search presence. Depending on your plan this includes the online audit tool, weekly tracking, custom review cards, staff onboarding and briefings, listing setup and optimisation, monthly reports, and help with review replies. The Basic and Premium plans are described in the pricing section of veeox.com and may change for new customers.

2. Fees and billing

• Plans are charged per branch, in Kenyan shillings, monthly, every 3 months or yearly, as shown on our pricing section. Amounts in other currencies are approximate.
• Plans do not renew automatically. We contact you before your paid period ends to ask if you want to continue.
• Free custom cards. Each plan includes a number of custom NFC and QR review cards, which depends on the plan and billing period you choose. We make them after your payment and after you send us your logo. On monthly plans the free cards are made after your 3rd monthly payment. Free cards are included once per plan period and are not added again on a plain renewal.
• Extra, lost, damaged or worn cards are not free. An extra or replacement card costs KES 400.
• Audit pack. An audit pack is KES 1,000 for 15 audits on the online audit tool, with no plan needed. Audits in a pack do not expire.
• Cards can also be bought without a plan: USD 11 per card, minimum order 3 cards. You send us your logo after paying. Card-only orders do not include the audit tool, training, reports or review replies.

3. The online audit tool

• Your first 3 audits per WhatsApp number are free. After that you need an audit pack or a plan.
• Plan audit limits are shown on the pricing section (for example Basic: 5 a day and 60 a month). We may limit or block use that looks automated, shared between businesses or resold.
• When you buy a plan we send you a 4-digit PIN. It is personal to your account. Please do not share it. Contact us if you lose it.
• Results use public data from Google Maps and, where available, Tripadvisor. This data can be incomplete, delayed or change without notice. Growth figures are measured from snapshots we save, and a business we have only just started tracking shows no growth until we have enough history. Competitor positions are our own ranking by review count among nearby businesses, not an official Google ranking.

4. Honest reviews only

You agree to follow the rules of each review platform. You will not post or buy fake reviews, offer rewards or discounts in exchange for reviews, ask only happy customers for reviews, or pressure staff or customers. We may pause or end service if these rules are broken, because they can lead to reviews being removed or listings being penalised.

5. No guarantees

Google, Tripadvisor and other platforms decide their own rankings and which reviews appear. We do our work carefully and report on the results, but we cannot guarantee a particular ranking, rating or number of reviews.

6. Payment, cancelling and refunds

Plan fees are payable in advance for the period you choose (a month, 3 months or a year). If you cancel within 14 days of payment and we have not yet started your setup or made your cards, we will refund the plan fee in full. After that, fees are not refundable, but we will complete the service for the period you paid for. Monthly plans can be stopped at any time and end when the month you paid for ends. Branding and card production fees are not refundable once production has started. Card-only orders can be cancelled for a full refund before we start making your cards, and not after.

7. Third-party platforms

Veeox is not affiliated with Google, Tripadvisor, Zomato, Airbnb, Booking.com or Hotels.com. Their names and logos belong to their owners. Their rules and features can change, and we may need to adjust our methods when they do.

8. Your responsibilities

You will give us accurate information and access we reasonably need, such as to your business profiles, and make sure you have the right to use the logos and materials you send us.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Veeox is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you have an active plan, changes that would reduce what you paid for will not apply until your next renewal.
