Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what information Veeox ("we", "us") collects through veeox.com and when you contact us, and how we use it. Questions can be sent to helloveeox@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use our free audit form, WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number and any links or messages you include.
- Our online audit tool. If you use the audit tool, we receive your name, WhatsApp number, the business you searched for and the results shown. We store these in Google Sheets so we can count your free audits, follow up with you and improve the tool. The business information in the results comes from public Google Maps data.
- Technical data. Our website host (Netlify) automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
- Payments. When you pay for a plan, the payment provider processes your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number.
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free listing audit.
- To set up and deliver our services, including cards, reports and review replies.
- To send invoices and handle payments.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Veeox, such as our website host, Google (for Sheets and Maps data), payment providers and messaging tools, and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will stop.
Reviews on other platforms
Our service involves public reviews on third-party platforms such as Google, Tripadvisor and Airbnb. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and rules, which apply to information you post there.
