What does Veeox do?

Veeox is a reputation and local search company. We help restaurants, cafés, hotels, gyms and salons get more genuine guest reviews and rank higher on Google Maps, Tripadvisor, Zomato, Airbnb, Booking.com and Hotels.com. We supply the review cards, train your staff, audit your listing every month and reply to reviews.

Does the card work on every phone?

Most phones sold in recent years read NFC cards: the guest taps the card and your review page opens. If a guest's phone cannot read it, we can add a QR code to the same card.

Where do you work?

We work with businesses in Kenya. Audits, reports and review replies are done remotely, and Premium includes an on-site visit once a quarter in Nairobi. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm we cover your town.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. It does not allow rewards for reviews, asking only happy customers, or pressuring guests. We do none of those, and we train your staff to ask every guest the same way.

How soon will I see results?

Reviews start to build as soon as your team begins asking. Ranking moves more slowly and depends on how competitive your area is, so we measure it every month and report what changed.

Does it work for hotels on Booking.com, Hotels.com and Airbnb?

Those platforms only accept reviews from verified guests after their stay, so a tap card does not apply. For hotels we work on the checkout follow-up so more guests complete the invitation, and we manage replies.

How much does it cost?

Basic is KES 3,000 a month, or KES 2,700 a month paid every 3 months, or KES 2,500 a month paid yearly. Premium is KES 9,000 a month, or KES 8,100 a month paid quarterly, or KES 7,500 a month paid yearly. Custom review cards are free with every plan: 5 on Basic yearly and 15 on Premium yearly, with fewer on shorter billing periods. Extra or replacement cards are KES 400 each.
