We want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To ensure hygiene and safety, the following rules apply:

Hygiene & Personal Care (e.g., Bath Bombs, Toothbrushes): These items are Final Sale once the safety seal is broken or the internal packaging is opened. We cannot accept returns for health reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Electronics & Gadgets (e.g., Selfie Sticks, Sterilizers): Items must be returned with all original cables and manuals. If the item shows signs of wear, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
